Judith is a supportive and motivational trainer and coach who is passionate about helping individuals to develop their skills and reach their potential. Judith has extensive experience in training, coaching and developing people and focuses on encouraging others to succeed and grow. Her strong interpersonal skills coupled with her honest and enthusiastic approach have led to excellent results in a variety of coaching, training and leadership roles.

Judith started her career in the recruitment industry and has experience recruiting for a variety of roles in a range of industries including the pharmaceutical and financial services industries. She now has over 10 years experience in organisational and people development and specialises in career coaching, confidence building and leadership development. She has led key development projects for organisations in the private, public and voluntary sectors in the UK and Europe.
